Yoga Foundations
60 Minutes – Warm (85-90 F)
Beginners to Advanced  (All Levels)

In this class you will develop an understanding of the breath and its connection to your body while at the same time build a strong foundation for your yoga practice by honing your postures. We will begin by warming up the body and connecting to the breath before transitioning to the strength building portion of class where you will hold your poses as the teacher offers cues to help you feel the most sensation and get “your” most out of each pose. Then, after winding down with about 10-15 minutes of some juicy, long-holding yin stretches and a restorative relaxing savasana, you will leave this class feeling stronger, calmer, and ready to tackle the rest of your day.


Ashtanga Half Primary Series
60 Minutes – Warm (85-90 F)
Beginners to Advanced  (All Levels)

Mindfulness led practice of focused breathing to calm mind & body as you strengthen the core muscle groups of your body. Focusing on a set and progressive series of postures.


Flow to Yin
75 Minutes – Warm (85-90 F)
All Levels

Start with connecting with the breath and calming the mind. Then warming the body with a gentle Vinyasa flow for first half of class then moving to Yin longer held seated postures to stretch and release muscles and connective tissue. 


Hot Deep Stretch
60 Minutes – Hot (90-95 F)
Beginners to Advanced (All Levels)

Hot Deep Stretch is suitable for all skill levels and ideal for those looking to improve flexibility and range of motion. Hot Deep Stretch moves slowly, stretching the body from head to toe; postures are held longer to encourage flexibility through the progressive release of connective tissue (fascia).   Focusing on the large muscle groups that commonly hold stress such as the hips, lower back and shoulders, Hot Deep Stretch is perfect for active athletes and a great compliment to any active practice.


Hot Flow
60 Minutes – Hot (90-95 F)
Beginners to Advanced (All Levels)

This upbeat, dynamic class will move fluidly through a creative sequence and is designed to connect breath with movement. Teachers will explore advancements as well as offer suitable modifications to make this an all levels class.


Hot Gentle Flow
60 Minutes – Hot (90-98 F)
Beginners to Advanced (All Levels)

This class is designed to move at a slower pace and will focus on alignment and breath. A great class for a beginning Hot Yoga student as well as an advanced athlete needing to get back to the basics.


Hot Power Flow
60 Minutes – Hot (90-95 F)
Beginners to Advanced (All Levels)

Hot Power Flow focuses on challenging transitions that incorporate breath with fluid movement while exploring advancements. This class will help build physical and mental strength. We recommend a few prior hot yoga classes.


Hot 26
60 Minutes – Hot (103F)
Beginners to Advanced (All Levels)

This foundational sequence of 26 set postures is fundamental to hot yoga and will stretch and strengthen all major muscle groups in the body.  The Hot 26 class focuses on balance, alignment, and deep breathing.  The series is designed for beginners and advanced practitioners alike.  Ideal for runners, cyclists, golfers, tennis players, and athletes from all disciplines!


Hot 26 Level II
75 Minutes – Hot (103F)
Intermediate to Advanced

If you are ready to take your Hot 26 Level to the next level-this is the class. Hot 26 Level II will offer new challenging and advanced poses.


Hot + Holy Flow
60 Minutes – Hot (90-95 F)
Beginners to Advanced (All Levels)

Similar to our Hot Flow, our Holy Yoga class will focus on breath with movement with the intention of connecting mind, body, and spirit. Contemporary faith based KLOVE type music, appropriate Top 40, and scripture based intention. Includes 10-15 minutes of YIN stretching & stillness.


Hip Hop Flow
60 Minutes – Hot (90-95 F)
Beginners to Advanced (All Levels)

A fun vigorous class similar to our hot flow, but with a hip hop playlist.
